NEW BOOKING METHOD Still waiting for my computicket confirmation no one cares!!!

This new process is really stupid, Lady called me and arranged my gold reef city bookings for the 10th of December, Sent me a payment Link to pay which I did, Got a response that payment was received, No one called me or sent me the booking reference to pick up the tickets and when I call the contact centre they cant help, I called 4 times.

How do I explain to my 4 year old daughter that I have tickets for them but I cant come? because your process retarded or your employees just don't care

lovely so I don't trust you with any of my investments and my family's, please get some one to refund my money and cancel all my policies
