Never Invest your hard earned money with Sanlam...They fail to pay death Claims within 48hrs

I will never recommend Sanlam to anyone who is serious about value for money...We submitted 2 Death Claims at their Empangeni branch about 2 weeks ago. Sanlam still has not paid us after an uncomfortable process of following up on them daily. Sanlam how do you expect us to bury our father if you don't pay us when all documentation has been submitted??? Your Estate office is a waste of time 48 hrs to them is obviously 12 months.
