Never decide to go through Sanlam

So here we are again... Our emails still get ignores... My mom is already 6 months gone and still no payment that had to be divided. I get an answer and then my sister gets another answer. We saw the papers off my moms pension funds and it clearly said when payouts needs to be done it won't be longer then 6 months. If you decide to do your pension through Sanlam please think again because its a struggle with them. The only option we as kids have now is to take Sanlam to court to get the money out of them...
