Negligent financial advisor

I decided to open an specific investment account with Sanlam as previously encouraged by a family who holds an exact investment account. I made an online application and to my surprise an Financial advisor contacted me to make further enquires and I informed him I wanted a specific type of investment account my family member is on. It took a full week for the advisor to call again and ask if I was sure on the investment type account and I continued to confirm this. I asked the advisor to sign me up on Sanlam reality and he confirmed the product I am signing up for qualifies me too. Again I waited two full weeks with no communication from the advisor so I called the Sanlam to enquire if my application for both investment account and Sanlam reality was received and processed and to my surprise nothing was received and recorded on both and my details were not reflecting anything with Sanlam. I made numerous calls a few days later to confirm this my application with Sanlam especially since debit dates were soon approaching. Another Sanlam Consultant sent me my investment letter. Unfortunately could not confirm my Sanlam reality however I completed and signed forms as per requested by the financial advisor ,who has not been following up on on queries of giving me feedback just excuses upon excuses . He even changed my debit date but without my permission. This form of service is unprofessional, annoying and not what I could ever expect. I completed and signed a form on a product I was told I qualify for and would like to this this word play out as Sanlam advisors and consultants should not preach something they cant commit too. I want my Sanlam reality application approved and issued to me. A word goes a long way!!!!
