Need Refund asap

Sanlam choose to pick documents from one email and leave some, I sent cancellation of policy together refund claims but they chose to act on the cancellation and ignore, first email was sent on the 9th of January 2023 and a number followup calls an emails, the staff is useless on calls I need my refund asap
