Natalie : service par excellence

I went to Sanlam Shares Dept. to conduct a transaction. I spoke to Natalie, Sanlam Shares Liaison Officer. She has an awesome disposition and I felt at ease dealing with her, from the get go. What I perceived to be an intricate array of documentary proof, turned into a seamless operation, that was absolute simplicity. She was concise with her explanations, assisted me expertly through the whole process, even with my e-mail attachments. Her service was out of this world, so thanks, lady, as you stand out like a beacon. I frown when it comes to customer service in this country, but wow, yesterday was magical.
