My pension fund

I wrote 3 reviews regarding my pension fund money.i got a response from Sanlam corporate they said my HR didn't submit the correct withdrawal form which it was supposed to be signed and stamped buy my employer I tried sending emails to my HR about this telling them to re submit the correct documents. I tried doing a follow up to check with Sanlam corporate if they received the documents it's been 3weeks I've been sending emails without any response because I'm waiting for the payment next month it's gona be 6months waiting for my pension fund
