My mother wasted her investment money with Sanlam

I must say that I am quite shocked at the level of service or the lack thereof. My mother invested money for me 21 years ago and the policy matured but no one can assist me with my queries in order for the product to pay out as it should. She wasted her money with Sanlam...she thought she did the proper thing in looking out for us but she chose the wrong company. I won't ever recommend anyone to use Sanlam. Poor, poor service.
