My dad is on disability pension which is administered by sanlam

My dad is on disability pension which is administered by sanlam.he is permanent disabled now he is being asked for medical report every three months to checkup on his progress. What progress is sanlam expecting to find as he is incapable to work anymore as per report written by specialist. They now threatening to cut is monthly payments due to not receiving the report and the doctors also refuse to write it as there is nothing to report. I called them on Friday and the lady advise that she wants to verify something and get back to me till now.i am still waiting while my dad is stressing .no maan. Can we get clarity
