Helo. My name is Mthembu Mvuyisi . My email address is ***. Today after months I check my retirement anuaty policy. To my surprise it was not even a retirement but a life cover which I never agreed on. So last year a consultant from Sanlam came and said he has a retirement policy which will be for 15 years then I receive my money. The policy started January and I've lost almost 5200 because it was defacting. I saw it on my payslip and thought it's a retirement annuity to my surprise when I checked after a whole 10 months to see how my policy it's going and it was not. Yes my details are accurate and the beneficiary I know it but what I didn't know it's that it's a life cover. I was ******* to something that I didn't know. I called Sanlam and they sent they will send an email for me to write a complain but they didn't do that. I need my lost money back I need this policy to be out of my payslip.
