Multid Formedstra ***8

I have an amount of R89-00 deducted from my account each month with the above reference. ABSA investigated and said it is a SANLAM policy. I have no knowledge of a policy with Sanlam. I phoned the contact centre of Sanlam and the lady said that they have no knowledge of the reference I gave them, she also said that Multid is a multidata that can be used again, but she cannot find the number on her system. I need clarity about this because I have paid this for over a year. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
