Multid formedst
I have canceled my sanlam car insurance over 5 years ago, and I have been having a monthly debit for R180. 00 for Multid formedst which I thought was for my Medical aid, how ever I want a reimbur*****t for the funds that you have been claiming from me for the last 5 years for a service I had no use of or knowledge of.
