I wanted to take a policy to cover my family and extended family and a month later,sales consultant told me that My policy declined.Two months down the line when I was checking my payslip I realised that there is a debit from your company and I called to double check and still He told me that It declined,I told him about the transaction happening on my account,we make appointment and go to Thavhani Assopol office and they told me that”they will investigate who processed it”I fell like it’s a ***** cause who ever processed it didn’t get approval from me.I am humbled requesting this issue to be investigated and all the money that was being debited must be transferred back hence was being processed without my permission.
