So disappointed in Sanlam

I made my provident fund withdrawal back in 2014 it's been 7 years still waiting for my money. I submitted all the required documents to Road freight bargaining council and I was referred to Sanlam

I called the customer line and I was told to wait again for the claim to be processed

7 years I'm so disappointed
