I'm currently fired from work For the last 7 Months I'm really having extreme financial difficulties . I have a retirement annuity that I can not access. My situation is very difficult and this would help me get my life back in order. I do not understand y I can not excess these funds as I need the money now and not when I'm 55 and that I might not be alive by then. Can u assist please.
