Most pathetic and unprofeasional service from Sanlam

Would rate them -5 stars.

I app**** for withdraw on 2 pot system beginning of September. As per their portal they inficate it might take up to 15 Business days. Today is the 18 th Business day already. Their pathetic portal even shows the estimate completion date is 30/09/2024..Today is 02/10/2024 and still no outcome. I sent a mail and got response that they will contact me within 2 business days. Today is 3 day.

I underatand they supposedly busy, yet other company paid people out within 2 weeks.

I would advise to stay away from trusting Sanlam with your funds.
