MONTHLY LOAN STATEMENT TAKING FOREVER

I took a loan with Sanlam for a year and couple of months now; they have never sent me statements before so recently I am in a situation which forced me to submit the statement as part of financial disclosure but I was disappointed that I couldn't get assistance from Sanlam. I went to their branch in Arcadia in Pretoria and I was sent to their other branch in Vermulen and Andries Street in Pretoria, I joined a very long queue there only to be told that they are not the one I should contact but Direct Axis; I was amazed since I didn't take a loan with the company they've mentioned so I asked them why I should contact that company since my loan was not taken from them the lady there said it's because they are not giving loans any more but Direct Axis is the one now doing that and they don't have their contact numbers I must google their contact; which I later did, I called the Direct axis and I was told that they no longer work with Sanlam and that I should contact Sanlam; yesterday I called Sanlam and explain the reason for my call and the lady who answered my call told me that I can only get the statement in three to five working days; so I was so frustrated and ask the main reason to wait such a long time after being sent from pillar to post? she couldn't give me a valid reason; for me to get the statement it should take me more than three weeks?

Sanlam I am so disappointed I even think of cancelling every policy I have with you because now I have to submit the loan statement but it looks like I will never get hold of it
