Moneys owed and Handover without any crospondese

I worked for Sanlam Sky for almost two years and resigned this year February, I completed the exit forms and they were emailed to HR for processing. In may I received an sms informing me that Sanlam Sky had handed me over to the lawyers and they will be in contact with me. Few days later a lady from Bomman Marlow Attorneys saying they were instructed by Sanlam Sky to recoup moneys I was paid in advance. I went to the office office for clarity and after +-45 of up an down with the gate keepers and head office on the line with no one available to answer their phones I left with no answers. From them on day in and day out I fort with the ladies from this lawyers cause now from the 1st call they said I owed Sanlam Sky R10, 200 and I asked them to stop calling me as I knew for every call or sms they will be billing me. After I started receiving smses and the last one said I now owed R12, 800. Till this day I haven't received my moneys fron Sanlam Sky but they were able to hand me over to the lawyers with any crospondese. I have spent soo much money calling and emails without any success trying to get Sanlam Sky to pay me my money and also get an explanation for the handover.

As per any company policy, the automated system responded to my email, stating that my email was escalated to the relevant department and yet there hasn't been any communication from Sanlam Sky but the Lawyers don't skip a day without sending me smses or calling but the same company can't even take a second to take my calls or emails. Since February, it's now October without even a mere sms. It goes to show how desposable one is for this company.
