Money wont be released. and no response to communication.

I have been trying to get me sanlam fund payout since february of 2023 (time of writing - August 2023).

I have recieved no communication and however when i have, they acknowled recieving my communication and would either respond or request me to follow up with them within 5 days.

I have sent them over +20 emails and my money is stuck in their hands with no attempt to contact or assist me in any way whatsoever. I have just sent them yet another email. While i expect no response, i warn anyone to put any money in their control or expect communication on it. At this stage, im going to a police station tomorrow to lay a charge of theft as they will not act on any request or respond.
