MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION

I cancelled my life insurance with Sanlam. Sent a cancellation letter and the letter that states why i will be having life insurance through a different company. I still have my pension fund with them.<br> <br> On 3 Aug the debit order for my pension went off my account. On the 17th of Aug, R200.32 where debited off my account without permission. Contacted them and after lengthy waiting, they said its because i did not cancel the life insurance soon enough and i did not send the letter as to why i am replacing them with someone else. All this was sent in time. Why will my debit order go off every month on the 3rd and then all of a sudden an additional R200.32 on the 17th?? this does not make sence. they were then suppose to deduct it on the 3rd as well.<br> <br> This money has been ****** out of my account as i did not give ANYONE permission to take this money!!!<br> <br> Its been two weeks and i still dont have my money back. No one gets back to me and i must just follow up ALL THE TIME, then someone will respond. but still no refund!<br> <br> I want my money back TODAY or i WILL take this matter further. I am really dissapointed in this service from Sanlam. When they want business, they are quick to contact.
