Money is more important for sanlam than the needs of a poor almost 3cyear old paralyzed girl

So i have a gap cover and my daughter is semi paralyzed. They offeres me an ex gracia payment for ny daughter to pay for some bills not covered by medical aid then after i send then documents they reviewed cause medical Council said medical aid shouls pay. When they wabt money they get their money every month on time now they do this shame on you my daufhter has more than just a medical need all was pre approved i signed the docs then they decline. All they care is who need to pay what they dont care if i can get the extra accounts paid for my almost 3 year old they carecmorecabout a 7000 ex gracia ammount to not pay to me than what my daughter needs.
