We have been informed that our Sanlam Employee department made contact with you and explained the following : Sanlam confirms the following that your effective date of exit from the Sanlam Staff Umbrella Fund is 30 June 2016 (although you left employment on 15 June 2016.Your withdrawal documents were submitted to Sanlam Employee Benefits on 7 July 2016.SARS has already issued the tax directives, and that Sanlam Employee Benefits is in the process of finalising the payment and the benefit should be available in your bank account within three working days.
