Money deducted
Money deducted from my bank account on the 26th March for a life insurance I did not sign for the discription on my banking app is Sanlam and the number attached is Sanlam number but every time I call them I don't get help.. I want my money

The deduction is not for a Sanlam product. The loan company makes use of Sanlam’s Collections System - Multidata. We have no involvement with your loan application/enquiry. Please note that no collection can be done from your account unless you authenticate the mandate sent to you via your bank. This authentication/permission generates a response from the bank to the system which enables the company to do the once off deduction from your bank account. We suggest that you contact the loans company for further enquiries.
