Money Back
I have TWO funeral policy from Sanlam Sky, been paying for 7 years and did not get cash back. When I try to claim they said ,the cover I took don't have cash back. But when looking at the documents that they have sent, it states that after 5 years of NOT claiming I must get money back.
The consultant I spoke to ,said they have sent wrong documents. I don't understand why they sent wrong documents to a person ,and also would like to know what other false information must I be aware of. I'm very furious because they speak nicely when they want a person to join ,and i still want my money back
