Misspelling ****
I was ****med by Assupol. On a busy day at work I got approached by one of their agent. I trusted him and told him that I want a savings plan. He instead gave me a life cover contract for me to sign. I signed under the impression that I'm signing up for a savings plan the few years later booom. Assupol refused to refund my premiums.

In Nov 2021 you cancelled the savings policy you already had with Assupol, under policy number AL***. We therefore maintain our resolution on the life cover policy that we cannot refund premiums as cover was held for the term of the policy. By signing and completing the life cover policy application you were seemingly in agreement with the cover it provided. Regards, Assupol Complaints Manager
