Missing pension fund and no assistance

I cannot locate my sanlam pension fund. I have logged on more than 50 times, different days, different times and still no luck. I was able to see my fund 2 weeks ago, but since this past weekend, it has disappeared and according to their website, I do not have any sanlam products. Furthermore, used their whatsapp line which has the most pathetic business hours, sendlt an email and still no luck. Pension fund still missing.
