Missing Important Information - Highly Disturbing

I am extremely concerned about what is happening at Sanlam. I requested a copy of my updated policy only to be informed that my email address and cellphone number are missing from your records. How is this even possible? Two years ago, I increased my policy and received the updated policy documents on this exact same email address. This clearly proves that my contact details were correctly captured on your system at that time.

Now suddenly my email address and cellphone number have “disappeared”? This raises serious concerns about your data management and internal controls. How can client contact information simply vanish without any notification?

Accurate contact details are critical when dealing with financial policies. This situation is unacceptable and deeply concerning.

I want clear answers:

* How and when were my details removed? * Why was I not notified? * What is being done to prevent this from happening again?

I expect this matter to be urgently investigated and resolved.
