Missing documents???

On the 8th of March 2020 my former employer sent a manual Provident Fund withdrawal documents (*** and ***) Till today I’m still being told that my documents have not been received. How long exactly does it take to update your records? I understand it takes 4 to 6 weeks to pay out, however I strongly believe that my documents should have been on your system by now.
