Misleading customers Cancel my policy immediately

Please cancel my funeral policy immediately I took out the funeral policy with misleading information I actually wanted to join sanlam reality in the website it said I must have a policy it didn't mention what type of policy and the lady I talked to who took out my funeral policy said I can get sanlam reality with my funeral policy now sanlam reality tells me I can't pls cancel my policy I wnat noting to do with a misleading company like this I was going to recommend my friends and family to join but I won't anymore very disappointed the main reason I took out a policy was for sanlam reality even specifically has two different consultants if I can take sanlam reality if I take out a funeral policy and they said yes unacceptable please just cancel everything I don't want to do business with such a company
