Mislead by a sanlam intermediary

I feel very much betrayed by an intermediary who made me a fool. In 2018 i visited i visited the sanlam branch in Phuthaditjhaba Mandela Park seeking to open an investment product to save money. Instead this intermediary decided to open a funeral cover aswell. Meaning the monthly contributions i dedicated to the investment were split into two products ( funeral + investment) without my authorisation. I had to cancel the whole product. All i'm saying is follow up on the products they sell to you.
