Misinformed regarding payment of pension fund

I submitted my retirement redrawal form on the 9th of May, and was advised that I will recieve payment beginning of July, fine that didn't happen, so I called on the 12th of July to find out about the payment and the guy I spoke to advised it was going to pay 15th or 16th of July everything is in order. On the 17th I called again as payment didn't realize and the guy I spoke to advised that payment was going to be done on the 18th of July in the afternoon so at night it will be reflecting in my account. So today I called to find out why there has still been no payment and the lady I spoke to asked who did I speak to that had assured me that payment would have been done last night told her I don't know but the person I spoke to advised me that authorisation was done and she told me that the payment is not yet authorized and not even taxed, has no idea why it was communicated with me that I should recieve payment early July, as my 6weeks is today nd the fund doesn't pay anytime prior the 6weeks or later if it will be late they'd communicate with me,the least she can do is to talk to the guy working on this and ensuring it pays today... So now I'm honestly confused as to which information is correct amongst all that I recieved.
