Misinformation and a string of lies from Sanlam

1stly I logged a complain on sanlam website, their sales consultant misrepresented the policy and sell it to me under false pretence that there is cash back on the insurance if you don't claim for 5 yrs and that when I have kids they will automatically be covered.<br> <br> In response to my 1st complain, a Sanlam representative gave me a call and apologised which I accepted. I told the agent that I want to include my son on the cover and the agent send me the premiums and I filled the forms and sumitted back, only to be told that the premiums that I was given were old premiums for last year .<br> <br> I have e-mails to prove that I was told that I can add my son with a monthly premium of R12.00 for a cover of R5000. Now they have changed the tune and are saying that the premium is for last year but they send it to me last month- 08/2015. I feel short- changed by the attitude and it looks like nobody at Sanlam cares
