Misconduct
I settled my account more than a year ago and still they have not updated my credit profile that is still showing a balance o/standing and counts against my name and causing a lot of issues for me. I will be contacting the NCR and the Ombudsman to lodge a formal complaint as well as a lawyer. Very unprofessional. In the paid up letter it states 21 days from settled date it's been year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
