Mighty useless Sanlam

With big fanfare Sanlam invites you to improve your retirement plan by increasing your monthly premium in order to benefit, inter alia, on tax deductions.

Being only two years from retirement, I made use of the opportunity, completed the necessary form provided by Sanlam and sent it back.......and there the process stopped! Telephonic enquiries was made with no avail, the operator even recommended that the next time you phone, insist on speaking to a first line manager, why?

The following estimated dates of completion for my request were given: 23/12/21 28/12/21 07/01/22 01/03/22 04/03/22

At the end of each completion date that was provided, Sanlam assures you of: "we assure you of the best service all times"

What a mockery!
