MEMBER CERTIFICATES REQUEST IGNORED

Our company uses Safrican for our employee's funeral cover. Due to the fact that it is impossible to get any kind of reporting out of them, we want to do a manual membership exercise to see who they have covered as well as who the dependants are that is currently covered on the Insurance Policy. We requested since last year membership certificates for all our staff and has been promised these certificates so many times that I stopped counting. I have even referred the query to their head office in Gauteng and although they promised the deliverance of the certificates so many times, we are still waiting. Yet if something happens to our staff members or their dependants and they are not on the membership certificate, Safrican refuses to pay out the benefit. Absolute appauling service for such an important service they deliver!!!
