<p>I've submitted all the required documents for death claim on a retirement annuity at Sanlam offices in Houghton West Street in Nov. Did a follow up a month late only to find out that Sanlam in Cape Town hasn't received any of the documents. Resent the documents in Jan. Did a follow up in April only to find out that there is a document outstanding, no one called to let me know. </p> <p>Document sent. </p> <p>Another follow up in June,Sanlam still waiting for the tax derative from SARS. </p> <p>It's July...</p> <p> </p>
