sanlam sky group life

<div>Sanlam sky group life has been deducting an amount of R280 from my persal without my permission. I never signed any policy with them . I contacted them and they gave me cancellation forms to fill, I did with the supporting documents as well as the affidavit proclaiming that I know nothing about this policy, but now they are dilly dalling sending me from pillar to post. The only thing I want from them is that they cancel that policy and my refund.</div>
