As your loyal member, I am extremely disappointed in your lack of service and feedback. I tried to use my benefits and hire a car with your partners Tempest Car Hire, to say i went through a nightmare will be a serious understatement. I called both numbers on your website and the only thing i got was a continuation of my nightmare.
