LOST WILL AND TESTAMENT
<p>My husband passed away on the 05.05.2017. Went to Sanlam office in Louis Trichardt Limpopo just to be told they cannot find the original signed willwhich was done by us after we got married on 17 November 2007 which we had left in there safe keeping. It was written up by Jacobus Barnard ********** 0. Now they want me to go into intest estate which I find not fair at all as they should have the original signed document because of there neglagance I have all this extra cost and stress to get the Estate final. Please help me. I believe Jacobus has since died BUT who took over his customers and files and where are they??</p>

We have been informed that a representative from Sanlam Trust made contact with you. She explained that the will was never submitted to Sanlam Trust for safe keeping, she also informed us that Sanlam Trust will be assisting you to report the estate to the Master.
