Lost our investments

Me and my Husband had our investments for a very long time, but because of poor handeling of our investments everything are on ice, and we cant go on with our payments. Because our debit orders did not go off wile there where money in our account. Now we have to take out new cover. We never got any warning that it did not went off. When we investigate and asked what is going on. They where just sorry and cant do nothing. After my husband paid 20 years on his cover!!! We just have to wait until it pay out at the age that we asked for, and it will not be the amout that it would have been at that age
