<p>I retired from Nedbank on 28/02/2013 and had two funeral cover policies one for my wife and myself and an extended family member of my sister Mary De Souza ID ********** 086083 insured for R10000,00. Since both premiums came off my salary of R99.00 per month i was told that I have to apply for a contuation policy with a premium of R100.00 per month coming off my bank account, Subsequently my sister passed away on 21/11/2016. I was paid out R5000.00. Why i have no clue, Not one FAIS compliant offecer came to explain to me the move from Nednank to Bokomaso Funeral Plan. I want to know where is my other R5000,00</p>
