Loan that should be settled by disability cover

My father took out a personal loan with Channel Life.<br> <br> He was declared blind and medically unfit to work, which was supposed to trigger the loan cover also opted for.<br> <br> I have sent the medical boarding letters and numerous correspondence, with no response. They handed my father over to Vericred Online, with whom I had the same conversation. Then quiet. Now the collection is with VVM Attorneys, with exactly the same level of incompetence, where I keep sending information to them and they simply disregard the correspondence.<br> <br> I have no idea who to escalate this to!
