Loan settlement letter
<p>Sir or Madam</p> <p>i had a loan with Sanlam DirectAxis Personal loan snce 2007 acc BAU61203E and the year 2011 July I stopped working and on 21 Nov 2011 I called Sanlam asking for setllement amount they told i should pay R15520.00 and I paid it and faxed the copy they didnt send me settlement letter 2014 Chackelton lawyers started to call me that i still R6000 to my surprise after 2years before i paid i assked for settlement they started to say i used wrong Ref number there were too many stories please help me to get to the bottom of this i am no longerworking and lawyers are breathing on my neck </p> <p> </p>
