Loan

On behalf of a friend H.Jooste im writing this.I was helping her to apply for a loan,and service is bad. I have sent her statements 4 times already and nobody knows what happened to it. This is going on for more than a month already.Ive sent numerous emails and messages and she just doesnt get an answer.She receives her pension every month from Sanlam;
