Life Policy ***** ?

I sent in documentation to Sanlam to get the Beneficiary changed on my life Policy, and when I got the summary of my “benefits” back, the beneficiary (instead of being my wife ) was some random person I’d never heard of ! – if this happened to me it could be happening to others - not sure if ***** is involved.

The amount involved is about a million rand !
