Life insurance medical exam not being paid for

I apl**** for a life insurance, and they informed me that they will pay for all my medical exams.

I went yo my own doctor for the medical exam, and Sanlam is just not paying them, uaing excuses that they have not submitted any medical results.

My doctor provided me with proof of all the medical result submitted to Sanlam, but we are still waiting for Sanlam to pay. The consultant Eric Mo***eng is also now just ignoring me.

I dont know what else to do, in order to get my doctor paid.
