Letter of Complaint

I a single mom whom her husband left me with five kids he Left the kids a trust at Sanlam from 2017 I do the claim I never had a problems 2021 I send a claim for my daughter college on the 27 January 2021 until today they didn't pay I've called many times but they keeping on saying they going to pay and she should've started on March with her studies. When I call I talked to Fiona, Palesa and they said Ayanda Dyubeni will call and settle the payment and on Monday they called saying that they will pay and after paying they will call again but still they haven't done such a thing
