Let me tell you a joke... Sanlam.

That's right, Sanlam is a joke. I made an inquiry over the telephone, they told me to come to any Sanlam office for the matter. I went to the nearest location on Google maps. The office didn't exist there. Pretty bad. I spent over an hour trying to find it. It is not hard to update your location. So I went to the next office. Reception invasively reads my confidential document. She insisted that she read it only to tell me that office doesn't handle those matters. Keep in mind I was told to go to any office. After wasting my time, I decided to take my money to another investment company. To sum it up, these are the points: 1. Misinformation 2. Failure to update location. Rookie mistake 3. Invasive, unhelpful and unpleasant staff
