Legacy beneficiary fund
I sent transport claims for four of my kids who are supposed too be starting school today. The quotation is new its from November last year and it states prices for 2022. I've been calling and emailing back and forth with the complaints department because my claims were last the 14 days turn around time but I got no proper answers. Monday I get a email that no claims will be paid I must resend everything to land with a new quotation. The quotation I sent in wasn't even a month old. So 40 days after I send transport claims that's my response I got. Two days before schools reopen. Why wasn't I consulted earlier because I have called and emailed every two to three days asking for feedback.. All my kids are home todAy because their driver left them because they didn't pay. Why am I treated this way. I have special needs children and they already missed their annual check up provided by their school. How will I pay for them to get the check up. They are all here with me at home. How cruel can sanlam be. Please cancel the fund if u must but I need that transport money my kids deserve to go to school. This is not right. Don't refer me to complaints department I just want my kids money please.

Still no email from any Sanlam representative. No response at all. Since the 15th December I was told claims are in processing with the supervisor but Still no money in my account. My children are still sitting at home on a school day. Again. Their basic right to education is infringed.
Am I expected to walk these kids to school? Wheelchair and all?
I'm glad your offices aren't nearby because I'd be camping outside until you processed the claims. All documents are with you. I'm not asking for a loan I'm asking for what's rightfully theirs.

It's time to pay February fees and I don't even have January money yet.
I'm tired of fighting since December. I want the funds closed and given to a different institution. Can someone contact me regarding that
