Legacy Beneficiary Fund

I have a problem regarding claiming for children's needs when it comes to the Legacy Beneficiary Fund. I sent in special request forms on the 12th of April 2019 and I was assisted by Precious Mvelase. I submitted all required documents by the 17th and I was told I must send a certified ID copy then it will be approved. Since that day I have been calling and sending emails but I can't get assistance. What is the status of my claim? There is a lovely lady who always goes out of her way to assist me, Ruwayda Karrim. She is currently out of office and therefore I can't ask for her help. Here I am sitting with four kids that are in dire need of winter clothes. Even the store prices have changed back to normal price because the quotation was submitted on the 12th of April while it was on special. I'm disappointed with Sanlam.
